Return Policy

1. Overview

At Silky Hair, we are committed to providing premium-quality 100% Vietnamese hair. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the highest standards for all customers.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, seals, and bundles must remain intact
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

If the product has been opened, installed, brushed, washed, or tampered with in any way, it will not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs, bundles, or closures that have been worn or installed
  • Products that have been customised, coloured, or cut
  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Proof of purchase

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order details
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Securely package the item in its original condition
  4. Send the item back using a trackable courier

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Silky Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels
